Jawad Habib Senior Partner
Jawad Habib is head of overall operations of the firm. Mr. Habib started the practice in 1980 after four years as a partner with Price Waterhouse Middle East. He is leader in the accounting profession in the Arabian Gulf region. In addition he is a member of the Advisory Committee responsible for the adoption of laws governing the accounting and auditing profession in Bahrain and the GCC and is a member of the Economic Committee of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce.
Abbas Al Radhi is the Partner in charge of the Corporate Legal Services division. He joined the firm in 1986 and become a Partner in 1996. He then moved to Qatar where he was Country Senior Partner of the PricewaterhouseCoopers office. Mr. Al Radhi is a member of the Finance and Research Committee of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a member of the GCC Accounting and Auditing Organisation and a member of the Bahrain Society for Training and Development.
Arif Rahimi is the Partner in charge of both the Management Consultancy and Corporate Finance Services divisions of Jawad Habib & Co. Mr. Rahimi has many years external audit experience with a big five accounting firm, and five years experience in internal audit of major financial institutions. Mr. Rahimi has extensive experience of managing consulting assignments and has advised on acquisition, disposal and merger transactions throughout the Middle East. He has performed many valuations of companies throughout the Middle East region.
Jassim Abdul Aal is one of two Partnersresponsible for the Audit and Business Advisory Services division of Jawad Habib & Co. Mr. Abdul Aal commenced his professional career with Jawad Habib & Co in 1988. He subsequently spent five years with Coopers & Lybrand in the UK where he qualifyied as a chartered accountant. He has accumulated a substantial amount of experience in audit and special assignments on both growing business and large blue chip clients.
Rory Adamson is one of two Partners responsible for the Audit and Business Advisory Services division of Jawad Habib & Co. Mr. Adamson began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in London. In 1994 he transferred to Coopers & Lybrand in Bahrain, and was made Partner in charge of Audit in 1996. Mr Adamson spent five years years in London, where he held a senior financial management role with Lloyds TSB Bank and was Head of Risk and Audit at E D & F MAN, before returning to Bharian in 2001.
