New senior manager at Jawad Habib & Co. February 18, 2002 February 2002- David Peez joined Jawad Habib & Co as a senior manager in Management Consultancy Services. Mr Peez is a strategy consultant, specialising in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM is a business philosophy that places the customer at the heart of an organization' s processes, activities and culture. CRM strategy typically encompasses sales, marketing and customer service processes, procedures and systems. |
Mr Peez has worked on a range of assignments across industries covering different key experiences such as corporate, CRM, marketing and e-business strategy development; process improvement in project management and sales pipeline management and forecasting; and finally programme and change management on large IT projects.
Mr Peez recently gained valuable experience in the UK with
Syntegra and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Earlier, he worked with Deloitte &
Touche in Uzbekistan, Public Trust in New Zealand and UBS Philips & Drew
in London. In 1997, Mr Peez also accomplished his MBA studies at Warwick Business
School in the UK.
At Jawad Habib & Co, David Peez is responsible for helping
build the Management Consultancy Services practice in the areas of CRM, IT
systems implementations, business process improvement and program management.
