The client wished to enhance the position of engineers in the country by matching industry needs to the supply of trained engineers and managing the perception of the engineers. The firm carried out research into the current state of engineering employment in the country and the implementation of a database of employers and engineers. As part of the project, a number of strategic recommendations were made to assist the client in achieving its objectives.
