| A Bahrain-based financial institution required a market survey of its existing and potential customers, in order to determine levels of awareness, usage and attitude of financial services. We co-ordinated the development of a customer survey questionnaire, a pre- survey trial study to test the methodology for the full study, and managed the undertaking of the complete market survey. The results of the survey were utilised to develop a range of recommendations concerning the client's marketing strategy. |
