A Bahraini property developer required a full assessment of the prospects and potential for an out-of- town retail department store development. This assessment included a detailed market model produced by assessing the market size and demand for a range of outlet configurations, and evaluating these against current supply and demand characteristics. This resulted in a comprehensive report being presented to the property developer, which included the firms recommendation on optimum configuration of the development. |
